Why It Matters
We hold ourselves accountable to providing customers authentic notes that can be traced back to their orders. Here's how — and why.
Our Accountability Promise
At Always Currency, we hold ourselves accountable to one simple standard: every note we sell is authentic, and every note can be traced back to the order it came from.
Collectible currency is a market built on trust. When a note changes hands, its provenance — the unbroken chain of ownership from the printer to your collection — is everything. We don't just claim our notes are real; we give you the evidence to prove it.
Real Serial Numbers, On Every Receipt
Each banknote carries a unique serial number printed by its issuing authority. That number is the note's fingerprint — no two genuine notes share one. When you buy from us, the exact serial number(s) of the note(s) in your order are recorded and printed on your receipt.
This means the serial on your receipt matches the serial on the physical note in your hand. You can photograph it, verify it against third-party grading databases, and register it with total confidence that it is the very note you paid for.
Traced Back To Your Order
Every serial number we record is tied to its sales order and logged against our internal catalog. So if a question ever arises about a note's origin, grade, or history, we can pull the exact order, the exact catalog record, and the exact scan that captured it.
Provenance is never a question mark. A note bought from Always Currency comes with a paper trail that connects it — serial by serial — back to the moment it left our hands.
Free For Smaller Orders
We include serial numbers free on orders of 10 notes or less, because we believe transparency shouldn't be an upsell. For larger orders, serial number documentation is available as a paid service.
Either way, the principle doesn't change: the note you receive is the note on your receipt, and it can always be traced back to your order.
